Hi everyone, a gorgeous sunny day here in Berkshire. I would like to show you a card I was working on yesterday. It is one of the Stampography Bold Blooms stamps which is designed by Mike Deakin from Kraftyhands. They are running a Blog Sketch Challenge this month -
Here is the sketch
and this is what I did with it:
I used duo-card and mirri card for the first three layers and then printed out one of the backing papers from the Vintage Treasures cd rom from Kraftyhands. The die cut is the Spellbinders Fleur de lise square. I used pan pastels just to give the background to the image a bit of colour. I used white seam binding for the pennants, and coloured them with a Promarker, in the same green as I used for the leaves on the image. The blooms were coloured with Spectrum Noir pens, and then I punched out two circles of white card, and again used the same green as the leaves, and finally I stamped the sentiment - which is a stamp from Flowersoft's Floral Sentiments - Design set 2.
