You light up my life!

Thank you so so much for all your lovely comments about the little dresser I made xx

Today's project is a tea-light holder and much less fiddly and quicker to achieve than the dresser

The holder is made from MDF so I painted it with a coat of Gesso, and then with a piece of cut and dry I dabbed Grandma's Teacup, Pink Iced Gem and Peppermint Tea Acrylic Paints from Indigo Blu on all four sides and the top.

The stamps I used are Fuschia and Hanging Basket Decoupage stamps from Imagination Crafts.  I am a bit tempted to colour the fuschia and little flowers in the basket, but thought I would see what you think first.

Till next time ..............

It's gorgeous! I like it as it is. Perhaps if you make another, color the flowers and leave the background white? Just a thought :)

I like it as it is, it looks great with you. If you want to experiment with colouring or different affects then get another and play some more.
